Reporting date and any other matter will be discussed.

About Central University

Central University is a Ghanaian University located at Miotso in the Greater Accra Region. The institution was established in 1988 as a Pastoral Institute and re-christened Central University College in 1998. The National Accreditation Board has since accredited it as a tertiary institution. Central University has six (6) faculties/schools. The school received a presidential charter to become an autonomous and a fully-fledged University as Central University in January 2016.

Central University is accredited by the National Accreditation Board of Ghana.

Entry Requirements

WASSCE/NECO
Minimum C6 in 6 subjects including 3 core subjects (including Mathematics and English Language) & 3 elective subjects with an aggregate of 36 or better.

SSSCE:
Minimum of D or a pass in 3 core subjects (including Mathematics and English language) & 3 elective subjects with aggregate 24 or better.

GCE ORDINARY LEVEL:
Applicants must have credit-level passes in at least five (5) GCE Ordinary Level subjects including English Language and Mathematics and three (3) other subjects.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT FOR NON-ENGLISH STUDENTS:
All foreign applicants must be able to read and write in English.

Visa and Accommodation

Applicants from the ECOWAS Region do not require Visa. For applicants outside ECOWAS, we will issue you with admission letter which can be used to apply for Visa.

On-campus accommodation facility exists for all foreign students at a fee.
